Job Description

Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic is a 9 doctor practice with continued growth creating the need to find an additional full-time receptionist for our Client Care Coordinator team. Veterinary experience is preferred, but we would consider office professionals from similar environments (fast paced, multi-tasking, team oriented with a high degree of client service and interaction). Well suited applicants are comfortable working at the front desk, self motivated, with a positive outgoing personality, and can provide professional and compassionate care for our clients and their pets.

We are a full service, small animal general practice with a deeply held commitment to provide our team with a supportive, respectful and enjoyable work environment.

Duties include answering multi-line phones, scheduling appointments, invoicing, data entry and general office tasks. Well suited candidates are highly organized, have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, work well in a fast paced team environment and most importantly can provide our clients and patients with excellent service and care. AVImark is our practice management software; familiarity with this program is favorable, but not required.

- Pay range of $18-$21 depending on education and experience.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30a - 6p, Saturday 9a - 5p
