MissionVet Specialty & Emergency in San Antonio, TX is seeking a talented Veterinary Surgeon (DVM, DACVS or residency-complete) to join our thriving, highly respected specialty and emergency practice.   • Dedicated and tenured specialty techs, VTS in neuro & anesthesia (only 1 in the world)
  • All IDEXX lab equipment, human-grade 2-min venous blood gas that gives results in 2 minutes
  • SonoVet mobile ultrasound M–F (echocardiograms, thoracic, abdominal, cervical, aspirates, biopsies) to ensure all patients get the care they need.
  • Transfer rounds every morning – collaborate with specialists & ER
  • Strong ER mentorship program
  • Personalized exam rooms (12 total) with original pet charcoal artwork
  • Dedicated isolation suite and quiet cat ward
