Our Staley location are looking for an experienced veterinary assistant to join our growing Team!

With locations in Riverside, Kansas City, and Liberty - We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, progressive, and individualized care to our furry patients. We are a 9-doctor practice specializing in small animal care. Not only do we offer preventative and prophylactics, but we are also equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to perform advanced diagnostics and treatments too! Our clinic is fully equipped with digital radiology, EKG, cold laser therapy, CT, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound – just to name a few!

Veterinary assistants play an integral role in our hospital whether they are handling patient care, taking care of clients, assisting doctors and technicians, or providing quality nursing care to hospitalized patients.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Preferred Veterinary Experience > 1 year
  • Ability to execute treatment orders as directed by a DVM (to include running bloodwork, preparing labs, preparing vaccines, phlebotomy, Injections, assisting in anesthesia prep and post care, instrument care, cleaning
  • Positive attitude and TEAM Player personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable to the demands of the day
  • Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
