Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain is looking to add experienced talent into their growing Team! We are a fast paced, 5 doctor practice that offers a comprehensive journey for each furry friend that comes through our doors! Our team of talented Technicians and Veterinary Care Specialist fully utilize their skills, assisting doctors and team members in providing a high standard of medical care. We have been serving the community since 1989.

        Balanced work week. We have a schedule the varies from 7am to 5pm  1st shit     2pm to 10pm mid shift  -     4PM to 12PM late shift.  OUr team works every other sat 8am to 230pm.  We nhave the occasional non call, but our staffs work week is balanced with thier aveage hours being 35-40 hrs a week for FT. 

The ideal candidate:

·         Licensed Veterinary Technician with 1-2 years of clinical experience or if  non licensed a min of 2 years experience in critial care and suregery as well as general medicine. 

·         A strong knowledge base of animal restraint and disease processes

·         The ability to adapt to the different needs of each patient whether its with diagnostic procedures, surgery, dentistry, radiology, anesthesia, nursing care, etc.

·         Obtain/document complete & accurate medical records

·         Excellent verbal and written co-mmunication skills with team members and clients

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Practices Fear Free Techniques

·         Avimark Software Experience is a BONUS!
