North Paw Animal Hospital has an immediate opening for a full-time Lead Veterinary Technician. The ideal candidate will be positive, motivated, and have a passion for servant leadership and team training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Hospital Manager and Managing DVM.
- Oversee and support the veterinary technician and assistant team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Train, supervise, and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
- Coordinate schedules and manage inventory to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Provide skilled nursing care and assist in diagnostic, medical, and surgical procedures.
- Act as a liaison between veterinary staff, clients, and patients to ensure clear communication and excellent care.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state animal health laws and regulations, including OSHA and DEA standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a veterinary technician role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in veterinary software and medical equipment.
- Passion for animal care and client education.
