What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certified Veterinary Technician (CV) OR a veterinary technician with 5+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in veterinary technician skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to foster team development.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting Pay: $26/hour (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and support a team of veterinary technicians and assistants.
  • Oversee hospital workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality care.
  • Assist veterinarians with surgeries, dentals, and other medical procedures.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and learning-focused workplace culture.
