We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Assistant (Non-Credentialed) OR Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist veterinarians and credentialed technicians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
  • Prepare patients for surgery and assist with anesthesia monitoring and post-operative recovery under the direction of the veterinarian.
  • Collect blood, urine, and fecal samples and perform in-house laboratory testing.
  • Safely restrain and handle patients using low-stress and fear-free techniques whenever possible.
  • Administer medications and treatments as permitted by state regulations and hospital protocols.
  • Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records using our electronic medical record system- Cornerstone.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment area and hospital.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care and client service.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a veterinary hospital, animal clinic, kennel, or animal care setting is preferred.
  • Strong interest in veterinary medicine and a willingness to learn.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable safely handling dogs and cats of all sizes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $15–$22/hr, based on experience.
