About the Role
We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant / Veterinary Technician with 2+ years of experience to join our collaborative, patient-focused team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes initiative, and thrives practicing thoughtful, high-quality medicine in an AAHA-accredited, fear-free environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative care appointments and vaccine protocols
- Perform venipuncture and catheter placement
- Support radiology procedures and in-house laboratory testing
- Handle pharmacy duties and medication preparation
- Provide proper and compassionate patient restraint using fear-free techniques
- Assist in CORE dental procedures
- Provide surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Maintain clean, organized treatment and patient care areas
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to support daily hospital operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant and/or Veterinary Technician
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to patient comfort, safety, and client service
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- Pay range: $23.00 + per hour, based on experience and credentials
- Shifts: 3 per week; required Monday and Friday
