Michigan Road Animal Hospital at Crooked Creek has an opening for a motivated and compassionate experienced Veterinary Technician or Patient Care Provider to join our patient care team!

We practice high quality medicine including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, dental radiology, digital radiology and cold laser therapy. Our AHAA accredited hospital offers a positive work environment, focusing on high standards of client and patient care.

Our technicians play a big part in our client and patient experience. They work directly with our doctors, patients, and their owners. This is a very hands-on job that is fast paced, challenging, educational and rewarding. This position requires a reliable, hard-working, organized, motivated, people and pet oriented individual who wants to provide exceptional service to our clients and great care to our patients. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule and some Saturdays, no Sundays or major holidays. Salary will commensurate with experience. Job Description: Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is required in the following areas: Patient Care, Surgery Prep and recovery, Anesthesia Monitoring, Dental Prophylaxis, I.V. Catheter placement, Dental & Digital Radiology, Venipuncture, Preparing samples for in-house IDEXX machines or reference lab, Client Education and at least 1 year in-hospital experience or have an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology.
