Full-Time Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant

We’re excited to grow our team and are looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician or experienced Veterinary Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in a supportive, team-first environment. You’ll be joining:

  • A 4-doctor practice with approachable, supportive leadership
  • A dedicated Hospital Manager and LVT/Tech Manager

  • Weekly protected time for training and team communication

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist doctors with exams, treatments, and diagnostics
  • Support surgery and patient recovery (based on experience)
  • Rotate between appointments and treatment/surgery care
  • Educate and guide clients through their pet’s care
  • Help keep the day running smoothly through teamwork
  • Maintain clear, accurate medical records

Schedule

  • Full-time (30–40 hours/week)
  • Three to four 9–10 hour shifts per week
  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, typically twice a month)

Compensation

  • $15–$20/hour, depending on experience and skills

  • Comfortable in both appointments and treatment/surgery areas
