Full-Time | Texarkana, TX

Westridge Animal Hospital is a high-volume, 5-doctor small animal practice seeking a Veterinary Technician (credentialed or experienced) to join our close-knit, supportive team. 💼 What You’ll Do

  • Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and treatments
  • Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and administer medications/fluids
  • Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures
  • Take radiographs and process laboratory samples
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support patient care flow
  • Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans
  • Support a fast-paced environment while delivering compassionate, high-quality care

? What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary Technician experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong technical skills or a willingness to learn and grow quickly
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
  • Passion for patient care and building relationships with clients

🕒 Schedule

  • Monday–Friday between shifts, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Typically 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
  • No weekend appointments (occasional rotating inpatient care only)
  • Standard holidays observed
