Job Description

Tigard Animal Hospital is excited to announce that they are looking for a veterinary technician (certification not required) to add to our rockstar team.

Our ideal candidates would have at minimum 2-3 years of veterinary experience (preferred)  and the following skills:

  • Knowledge of basic veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
  • Is able to handle animals in line with our fear-free and feline-friendly protocols.
  • Possess the ability to work calmly and efficiently while communicating kindly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anesthetic skills are reqiored. Should feel comfortable performing dental prophylaxis and monitoring patients under anesthesia. 
  • Completed radiology safety course.
