Job Description
Tigard Animal Hospital is excited to announce that they are looking for a veterinary technician (certification not required) to add to our rockstar team.
Our ideal candidates would have at minimum 2-3 years of veterinary experience (preferred) and the following skills:
- Knowledge of basic veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
- Is able to handle animals in line with our fear-free and feline-friendly protocols.
- Possess the ability to work calmly and efficiently while communicating kindly in a fast-paced environment.
- Anesthetic skills are reqiored. Should feel comfortable performing dental prophylaxis and monitoring patients under anesthesia.
- Completed radiology safety course.
