Associate Veterinarian | Southside Animal Hospital | San Angelo, TX Pro-Sal with base salary up to $140,000 + | 21%+ Production | Up to $35,000 Bonus Package

As we grow, we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants to do great medicine — and feel great doing it.

What's in It for You

Compensation — Competitive Pro-Sal model with base salary up to $140,000 +, a bonus package up to $35,000 and 21%+ production.

Equipment — Ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic lasers, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more.

Mentorship & Support — Work alongside doctors and staff who have been here 10+ years. This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. You'll be supported, collaborated with, and genuinely set up to succeed.

Schedule — No on-call. Flexible, collaborative scheduling. The clinic runs 7 days a week (8 AM–6 PM), with one rotating weekend per month — compensated with incentives or additional time off.
