AVC is a 3-DVM state-of -the-art, AAHA-accredited, medical facility operated by Dr. Paul Chace & Associates Dr. Nicole Sylvestre and Dr. Bridget Kviten. AVC offers preventative and comprehensive medical care including (but not limited to) in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, ultrasonogrtaphy, surgery, laser therapy, behavioral and nutritional couseling. In addition to dogs and cats, AVC has an outstanding reputation for treating exotic pets including rabbits, ferrets, hedgehogs, reptiles, birds, chickens and more: i.e., always interesting cases!!
AVC's team is unique, in that it is primarily comprised of credentialed Veterinary Technicians and/ or experienced Technicians. As a result, our team is trained in all aspects of patient and client care--and promotes FEAR FREE techniques--. AVC's Technicians are given the kind of varied responsibilities that serves to maximize their skill set and learning potential. (This position, to date, does not include a surgical rotation.) What differentiates our team is the utilization of our individualized "circle-of-care" case management approach, where each Tech manages his/her appointment/case, exclusively with the DVM. Such individualized care serves to ensure clear communication and optimal care for our clientele and their beloved companions.
