Job Description

Frederick Road Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Client Service team member who can provide an excellent and expeditious client experience for our growing client base. This is a Full-Time position.

 

Primary responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, process incoming and outgoing patients, handle payments, answers phone calls - which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments - oversee/manage incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail, maintain client waiting area to ensure cleanliness, document and maintain client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software, provide a Fear Free experience for our clients and patients (must become Fear Free Certified within first year of employment), escalate complex matters to senior associates.

 

Competitive candidates will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a veterinary hospital setting along with a bright, personable can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and a focus on teamwork.

 

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-5pm.
