About Our Hospital:

Mira Lagos Animal Clinic is an AAHA accredited practice located in Mansfield, TX. We are seeking to add a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian to our practice that strives to provide professional and timely attention to every animal that comes through our doors. We are not a standalone clinic as we are located within a strip mall but this makes our clinic easily accessible to our team and our clients. We are a relatively small clinic with 2 exam rooms that concentrates mostly on general practice and wellness cases but don't let our size fool you! Our close-knit and camaraderie focused culture is what makes us who we are and allows us to leave an unforgettable impression on our clients and patients.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ideal candidate should have a genuine passion regarding client education.
  • Someone who can work independently and/or with a team.
  • Ideal candidate should feel confident in their skillset and have the ability to take initiative. 
  • DVM OR VMD from an AVMA accredited institution.
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas or able to attain one, and be in good standing.
  • DEA licensure is preferred.
  • Must have a passion for continued learning and improvement, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions using simple language.
