Job Description

Do you have experience working in the veterinary field? We are seeking veterinary nurses or assistants for a busy 6-doctor practice in Honolulu.

Qualified candidates should be enthusiastic, personable, have excellent communication skills, and be willing and able to learn new skills. Must be able to follow instructions, efficiently handle a fast-paced environment, and function independently as well as be a team player. Knowledge of Avimark software a plus.

Veterinary nurses must have prior verifiable experience in a clinical or animal care setting. Technical duties include patient restraint, customer service, processing/running lab samples, venipuncture, surgical prep and monitoring, drug calculations, dispensing and administrating medications, and other duties as needed.

We are open 7 days a week. Saturday and/or Sunday shift is required.
