Job Description

Tigard Animal Hospital is looking for a certified veterinary technician to add to our rockstar team. Our team is continually focused on maintaining a positive work environment and culture that inspires learning and growth. Our ideal candidates would have at least 3 year of veterinary experience and the following skills:

  • Knowledge of basic veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology.
  • Is able to handle animals in line with our fear-free and feline-friendly protocols.
  • Possess the ability to work calmly and efficiently while communicating kindly in a fast paced environment.
  • Anesthetic skills are preferred. Should feel comfortable performing dental prophylaxis and monitoring patients under anesthesia.
  • Completed radiology safety course.
