Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital located in Lakewood, Washington is searching for a credentialed veterinary technician to join our state-of-the-art hospital! Washington is great for any outdoor enthusiast – hiking, fishing, biking, and other outdoor activity opportunities are abundant with a spectacular greenery backdrop. Our hospital overlooks Mt. Rainer and the sunrise views from our hospital are breathtaking.

 

About Us:

Chambers Creek is a 8 doctor, small animal, AAHA accredited practice. We also have one doctor who is AAFP certified and strive for fear free practices throughout our hospital. Our patient care is exemplary!

About You:

  • Licensed veterinary technician with strong technical skills (to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, dental prophylactics, radiographs, etc.)  
  • You’re not afraid to jump in and get your feet wet! A hard worker who takes initiative and contributes to the operation of the entire hospital , you will help get all the day’s duties done!  
  • Dental experience is a HUGE plus! We have 2 dental suites ready to be utilized to their fullest potential.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value. 
 

Anticipated Schedule:

  • 4 x 10-hour shifts
  • Rotating Saturdays

Compensation:

  • Starting at $20-28 per hour
  • LVT with advanced dentistry experience starting at $25-32 per hour
