We are an efficient 6 DVM non-appointment practice in a paper-light full-service hospital that also offers boarding, grooming, daycare, and rehab services 

 

Who We Are Looking For: 

  • Veterinary Technicians with at least 1 year of experience (preferred) 
  • Positive, high energy team players with great communication and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Self-starters with excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

 

Primary Responsibilities / Skills Required: 

  • Venipuncture and IV catheter placement 
  • Digital radiographs 
  • Lab work using Idexx equipment 
  • Dentistry and dental radiography 
  • Surgical induction and monitoring 
  • Medication administration / Injections 
  • Drug calculations 
  • Client communication and education 
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds 
  • Teamwork!

Educational Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred 
  • Illinois certified & licensed preferred, but not required
