Job Description

Animal Care Hospital in Lompoc, CA is seeking an RVT (preferred) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our multi-doctor team.  We are looking for an RVT with at least 1 year of experience or Veterinary Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the following areas: surgical assisting, pharmacy duties, lab work, dental prophylaxis, radiology, anesthetic monitoring, and medical record documentation.  Candidates must also possess excellent client service and communication skills and be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.   • The base salary range for this full-time position is $35.360 - $62,400. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $30.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location.
