Job Description

Jubilee Pet Hospital, located in Daphne, AL is a companion animal exclusive general practice with an emphasis on providing quality medical care to our patients and building relationships with their families. We are proud to serve a community that appreciates a progressive, individualized approach to veterinary care and actively participates in the health of their pets. Mentorship is available so new graduates are encouraged to apply! Work with an experienced veterinarian onsite and have access to a network of veterinarians locally that are available for a collaborative approach to cases. No after-hours emergency calls!

ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL
o Recently remodeled and expanded to a 4100 sq. ft. facility with spacious exam rooms, treatment, and pharmacy areas
o Digital radiography (including dental), adding GE Versana Balance Vet Console Ultrasound
o Idexx in-house and reference laboratory capabilities
o Skill development encouraged across all staff with addition of equipment available to support advances in interest and proficiency
o Surgical monitoring equipment with spacious surgical suite
o Enthusiastic and cohesive staff that makes our atmosphere welcoming and supportive

ABOUT THE AREA
Daphne, AL is a family-oriented community on the Eastern Shore of the Mobile Bay. Daphne is an active community blessed with beautiful scenery, excellent schools, rich history, and strong quality of life. We are about 35 miles away from beautiful Gulf Shores beaches. Even with our consistent growth, Daphne has been able to maintain the ambience of a small town where the people are friendly and caring, and newcomers soon become good friends.

Most externship experiences range from two to eight weeks depending on student and hospital schedules. Externships at Jubilee Pet Hospital are reserved for students in their final clinical year of veterinary school.
