Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) by Ethos Veterinary Health in Racine, Wisconsin is looking to hire a Full-time ER Veterinary Technician. Shift details = 4pm - 1am. 4 days per week.

- $500 Sign- on Bonus

- Compensation is based on experience and skill set. Starting at $20/hr & up!

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Veterinary Hospital setting 
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT,) or VTS a plus!
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required
  • Maintain a positive outlook and ability to contribute in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service is expected
  • Strong Technical skills including phlebotomy, medication calculations, and radiology positioning.

  • Compensation is based on experience and skill level, starting at $20/ hr (& up) + 20% shift differential for 3rd shift.

About WVRC:  We are a 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Animal Hospital and is one of 8 VECCS Certified Level 1 Trauma Centers in the world.  We have three hospital locations: Waukesha, Racine and Grafton all dedicated to providing patients, clients, and referring veterinarians the highest quality emergency and specialty veterinary medical care. The WVRC Racine/Kenosha team moved into their new building in January 2021. In the new building, the team now has access to diagnostic ultrasound, CT, and new specialty departments.
