Are you a Registered Veterinary Technician burnt out from working in an ER? Do you have a passion for surgery, enjoy being in the OR and want insights to cutting edge technology? No?! Sut-ure self ;) Northlake Veterinary Surgery located in Atlanta/Clarkston, GA is looking for a talented RVT to join our unique, FUN atmosphere!

 

About Us:

 

Founded in 1980, Northlake Veterinary Surgery is a three-surgeon specialty practice with a primary focus on orthopedic surgery. Our board-certified specialists rely on the skills of our talented RVT’s to assist not only in the prep work, but in the OR as well. Yes, we are talking hands on, scrubbed in! We empower our team members to make decisions and communicate with clients directly.

What to Expect:

  • Hands-On Experience: Our RVT’s are a critical part of the operating room responsibilities. You will utilize your technical skills to the fullest extent in addition to learning fine-tuned techniques that you would not experience in an everyday practice.

  •  You are a Registered Veterinary Technician dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.
  • You lead my example in maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
  • You understand that clear, effective communication among clients and team members is a priority and are dedicated to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
  • You’re looking for an opportunity to utilize your full skill-set while simultaneously learning new & advanced techniques

 

 

 

Anticipated Schedule: Are you ready for a life outside of work?

  • Four 10-hour shifts between Monday – Thursday (that’s right, NO FRIDAYS!)
  • NO WEEKENDS!
  • NO ER/BOARDING/ON-CALL
  • Closed on major holidays
  • Can you get a better schedule than this?!
