Job Description

Experienced veterinary technician wanted full-time or part-time for a fun, fast-paced small animal hospital in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our hospital is renovated with state of the art equipment including x-rays, full in-house laboratory and with digital dental x-ray/ultrasound. We are a paperless practice and knowledge of Avimark is a plus! We are seekong a technician that can perform the following: obtain and record patient case histories, collect specimens (venipuncture), perform laboratory procedures, provide specialized care, prepare animals, instruments, and equipment for surgery, assist in diagnostic, medical, and surgical procedures; expose and develop Radiographs (X-rays); advise and educate animal owners; and perform dental prophylaxes.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Hillsboro Beach Animal Hospital is moving across the street!  Our hospital will be moving into a larger, state of the art facility, on November 25th 2023. Our new address will be 665 South Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. We’re moving to an updated facility where we will continue to provide our patients top veterinary care. Our office will be closed 11/25 - 12/3.
