Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager of FP&A, the Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring that financial data is aggregated, analyzed and reported with meaningful insight.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking for purposes of providing insights
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards
  • Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/budgeting tools

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant, Finance / FP&A, experience required
  • Expertise in MS Excel (Index-Match, Sum-If, Indirect, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), proven experience manipulating large sets of data efficiently
  • Expert at Analysis:  Shows strong history of analyzing data to propose changes which drives positive financial results
  • Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills; proven ability to dissect problems and develop/communicate solutions clearly, concisely and completely
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives; exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills required
  • Background in Finance:  History of utilizing financial measures/metrics showing ability to optimize the business; expertise in manipulating data through software and applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL, Macros, VBA
  • Familiarity with Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle
  • Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong comfort dealing with data which is ambiguous and/or requires a heavy manual lift

The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $87,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
