Job Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients through empathetic communication and thorough information gathering.
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic, medical, surgical, and urgent care procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Maintain up-to-date medical/surgical records.
  • Stay informed on the latest veterinary practices and information.
  • Assist in developing the paraprofessional team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Represent the hospital positively in the professional community.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • DVM or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing.
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development.
