Job Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with clients through empathetic communication and thorough information gathering.
- Perform high-quality diagnostic, medical, surgical, and urgent care procedures.
- Communicate clearly with clients about diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain up-to-date medical/surgical records.
- Stay informed on the latest veterinary practices and information.
- Assist in developing the paraprofessional team to deliver exceptional care.
- Represent the hospital positively in the professional community.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
- DVM or related degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure in good standing.
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service.
