🔍 Technician Job Responsibilities and Skills: 

  • Collect patient history and maintain accurate medical records 

  • Low stress handling during exams and procedures  

  • Administer vaccines, medications and treatments, as prescribed by the veterinarian  

  • Skilled in Phlebotomy  

  • Provide nursing care  

  • Take Radiographs, collect and perform in house lab tests 

  • Anesthesia induction and monitoring 

  • Prepare pets for surgery   

  • Performing dental prophy and radiographs  

  • Process and fill prescriptions  

 

 

 

 

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications: 

  • At least two years of experience working as a Veterinary Technician is required 

  • Small animal experience with dentistry and x-ray is preferred 

  • Demonstrates passion for patient care, client service, and team development 

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives 

  • Strong commitment to ethics and integrity 

  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning 

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
