The Opportunity: 

As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. 

 

Your Qualifications: 

  • DVM degree from an accredited university and an active state license 

  • Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine  

  • Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team 

  • Top-notch communication and coaching talents

  • A competitive compensation package with base salary and performance bonuses. (New York and California locations can expect a starting base salary between $150,000 - $200,000).
