Job Description

Virginia Veterinary Centers- - Richmond is seeking a surgeon to join our advanced and well-established team in Richmond, Virginia.  The successful candidate is team-oriented and has excellent communication skills with colleagues, clients, and the referral community.


Our Hospital: VVC strives to advance veterinary medicine and provide high-quality, compassionate care that elevates patient care and increases better outcomes. Our Richmond facility is home to a 24-hour emergency service supported by board-certified specialists in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Surgery, and Dentistry.  Our site offers a CT Scanner, radioactive iodine therapy, digital radiography, ultrasonography, high-flow oxygen, ventilators, minimally invasive surgery, and more.  Coming soon: Fluoroscopy, CT Cone Beam, MRI, and Linac.  



We will be moving to our new 30,000-square-foot facility in the Summer of 2024.   We are excited to have Busch Neurology Services join us in our new building along with Ophthalmology.   We are actively building a beautiful new dental suite to accommodate 4 tables, advanced digital radiology, a CT Cone Beam, a DVM office within the dental suite, 30 exam rooms, a large conference room for staff training and CE, and more.
