Job Description

ABC Veterinary Hospital seeks an experienced Managing Veterinarian to join our thriving practice. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and lead a team of skilled veterinary professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing staff members, implementing best practices in veterinary medicine, seeing your own caseload, and fostering a positive work culture. You'll also play a key role in client communication, practice growth strategies, and maintaining compliance with veterinary regulations. We offer a competitive salary package with a Production-Salary Model ranging from $150,000 upwards, $50,000 sign on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that values work-life balance and professional development. Requirements:

  • DVM or equivalent
  • 5+ years veterinary experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CA veterinary license
