Job Description

We are a Multi-Hospital practice group located in Downtown Manhattan that is looking to hire an experienced individual who is Friendly and Warm and that is Compassionate about working with people and animals.

Veterinary Receptionists MUST Have:
- Great People and Customer Service Skills
- Great Communication Skills in Person, on the Phone and via E-mail (speak clearly, write legibly and with proper grammar)
- Good Computer Skills.
- Multitasking Abilities
- Detail Oriented
- Compassion for Animals
- Great Work Ethics

- Ability to Effectively Manage Daily Interactions

Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is required. You must be able to also provide us with working references. Job offer commensurate based on experience.

The base hourly range for this position is $19 - $24. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
