As our founders prepare for retirement, we're searching for a practicing veterinarian to lead our team and write the next chapter of Apple Valley's story.

Your Leadership Role

As a hands-on Medical Director, you'll:

  • Clinical Excellence: Provide direct patient care while guiding medical protocols, ensuring optimal outcomes, elevating care standards, and optimizing inventory
  • Team Development: Practice alongside and mentor associates (including new graduates), participate in recruitment, support doctor performance
  • Strategic Partnership: Drive practice growth through active clinical work and leadership, contribute to budgets and planning, champion client service, lead innovation
