Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated, eager individual to join our Client Service Team FULL TIME

 

.A candidate with experience in the veterinary field is preferred and will be considered with priority but we are willing to train the right candidate with customer service experience.  

 

We are a very fast paced & progressive 7 Doctor practice.

Full time positions include:  Full health and ancillary benefits, 401k retirement plan with a match percentage, paid vacation and sick time, and a personal pet discount.

 

A typical work week consists of 4 days/week with a Saturday rotation required.

Primary job responsibilities include: Excellent customer service ability/ Client communication via phone, email, and 2 way text/ Ability to handle a busy multi line phone system/ Schedule appointments and maintain daily doctor schedules/ Audit patient charts/ Process invoice transactions/ Discuss vaccine protocols/ Field basic questions about medical protocols and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will integrate easily into a large team environment and handle high stress situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
