The Area:
Pacifica is located just 12 miles south of San Francisco along the scenic coast of the Pacific Ocean. Known for its natural beauty, Pacifica is filled with numerous hiking trails through rolling hills that overlook the ocean surf and forested canyons. - Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance
- Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast the hospital's needs
- Manage accounts receivable
- Oversee hospital inventory and control facility and administrative costs
- Manage payroll for hospital staff
- Develop the hospital schedule and manage labor costs
- Champion change and identify, document, share, and promote best practices
- Lead the hospital team to enhance processes and workflows, covering client service, operations, and administrative tasks
- Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Establish and drive the culture of the hospital
- Track and maintain current licensures for all DVMs
- Provide feedback and handle challenging conversations
- Demonstrate and reinforce the highest level of client service
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience
- Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting in positions of increased responsibility is a plus
- Salary range: $75,000- $85,000 annually
