Here at Kings Row Pet Hospital, we are looking to add another team member to our front receptionist staff. Don’t worry, this is not one of those boring desk jobs where you just sit and answer the phone. We are on the go all day long and have fun while we are doing it. Our top priority is to provide the ultimate care for all our patients. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. We are closed on the weekends to give our staff time to rest and be ready for the next week. 

The Receptionist Position is an entry level position, offering room for growth with in the company. The position includes but is not limited to providing excellent and expeditious client experience; greeting clients, responding to questions; processing incoming and outgoing pets, and handling payments. This position requires that you answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments. Handling incoming and outgoing text messages and faxes as well as emails. Monitoring the client waiting area to ensure cleanliness, documenting and maintaining client information, service data and other pertinent information within business operations software. While escalating complex matters to senior staff. 

 

No experience is necessary and we pay you while you are in training.

Benefits include: 401k, Medical/dental/vision (for full time employees), discounted cell phone plans, talk space account, paid vacations, and uniform reimbursement. Starting pay depends on experience. Experience includes but is not limited to, 1+ year in a vet clinic, substantial understanding of our software program, or 5+ years as a receptionist in any medical field. All other applicants are considered entry level, all training is provided during this time, paid.
