Fremont Animal Hospital and is looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team.

Job duties include but are not limited to: answering phones and scheduling appointments, greeting and educating clients, charting medical records, processing payments, and assisting other team members. The majority of this job position is spent communicating with pet owners, so exceptional communication skills, an outgoing personality and a caring attitude are a must. Basic computer skills are required, and you must be able to multi-task and prioritize client needs. Hours may include morning and evening shifts as well as weekends. Experience in the veterinary field or customer service is preferred but not required
