Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, a mixed animal, state of the art facility, is hiring an experienced Practice Representative to perform the following tasks and duties:

Equine experience a plus.

Here at Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, the Practice Representative's main responsibility is the smooth, accurate, cheerful, well planned, and orderly flow of clients and patients in and out of the hospital.  We receive payments for services rendered and record them, we answer a multi-line phone system, we act as a liasion between the client and the Veterinarians.  We schedule appointments for both large and small animals along with dispatching ambulatory equine doctors who are scheduled for calls throughout the valley.  We maintain electronic medical files.  Knowledge of equine is important and customer service experience along with medical records experience is preferred.  Neat, clean appearance is expected.

Potential candidates will be required to pass background and drug screening.

Schedule is Full Time, four weekdays (Thursdays off), 8am-5pm, and every Saturday, 7:45am-2:15pm.
