Job Description

The base hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Overview
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and orginazation skills, as well as a passion for assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client's issues
- Perform general office duties as needed

Experience
- Proven experience in client service or related field
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software
- Strong client services skills with a focus on client satisfaction
