Job Description

We are a busy 4 doctor small animal practice offering the highest quality veterinary care, looking to add an experienced or credentialed Veterinary technician to our team.

Since 1986, Our hospital has been committed to our clients and community of San Marcos and surrounding areas, through continuing education, technological advances in veterinary medicine and services, and most importantly, providing compassionate care to all pets entrusted to us.

About You

An experienced or credentialed technician committed to outstanding client service and exceptional patient care. You place a high value on learning and continuing to enhance your knowledge / skill set. you love interacting and building relationships with clients, and truly want to make a difference for patients and their families.

Your skills should include (but are not limited to):

  • Venipuncture
  • Catheter placement
  • Radiology
  • Anesthesia Monitoring
  • Physical examinations and patient assessment
  • Surgical Preparation and assisting
  • Dentistry
  • Laboratory work
  • Pharmacy
  • Patient recovery
  • Record keeping
  • Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and weekend availability is a must.

RVT license required.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
