Busy 3 doctor practice seeks motivated, team-oriented Licensed Veterinary Technician OR individual currently pursuing an associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. We’re looking for the perfect person to add to our team.  Do you have what it takes?

  • Outstanding Technical Skills:
    • Lab sample collection and processing
    • Dental cleanings - with radiographs. Don’t be afraid! We can teach you this part, if needed!
    • Anesthesia – administration and monitoring
    • Patient care
    • Client education
  • No drama
    • It bears repeating.
    • We do not tolerate negative behavior (so if you’re sick of being treated that way, we could the place for you!)

All candidates expected to provide exceptional customer service.

As always, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, mutli-task, have computer literacy skills, and have a clean, professional appearance.

Compensation based on experience. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401K, CE allowance, uniform allowance, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • NO WEEKENDS!

Education:

  • Associate (Required)
  • Individuals actively pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology will be considered!

License/Certification:

 

  • Virginia License to Practice as a Veterinary Technician (Required)
