Position Overview: National Veterinary Associates (NVA) has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about technology and experience design, with a passion for animal health, to help us modernize the digital experience for tens of thousands of clients and clinicians.

As a Product Analyst, you will help ensure a fact-driven approach to the modernization of our client and clinician digital experience, bringing together user research, industry research, and data. Your work will range from gathering and synthesizing initial product requirements, to ongoing client support as we roll out and troubleshoot additional features and product extensions. You will manage the backlog, and – alongside the broader team – will have a key operational role in scaling our technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, understanding user needs, and will also have strong internal stakeholder communication skills. From maintaining product documentation to analysis, this role plays an important role in product success and user engagement.

The Product Analyst will report to the Director, Product Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and trends to stakeholders.
2. Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful product implementations. Create and maintain clear product requirements with UAT steps to guide product implementation.
3. Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators.
4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and user feedback.

Key Competencies:
1. Business Acumen/Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes and requirements through market and primary user research. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends. Understanding of business operations and metrics that drive performance; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
2. Collaboration/Communication: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand, define, and prioritize problems; ability to communicate and convey insights through written documents/presentations and effective data visualizations.
3. Technical Proficiency: Analyze client adoption of new product features. Work with clients to clear any blockers. Experience with data analytics and familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience in product analysis or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain the technical to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Compensation: The compensation range is $90,000-$100,000 with eligibility for bonus and benefits.
