Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort located in Huntsville, AL is looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our growing team!

Serving the community since 1992, our 7 doctor, AAHA Accredited, full service, state of the art animal hospital is committed to educating clients on how to keep their pets healthy year-round. We stay on top of the latest advances in veterinary technology and above all, remember that all animals and pets need to be treated with loving care in every check-up, procedure, and surgery.

We care for a variety of species including common household pets such as cats and dogs, but also, birds, ferrets, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, rodents, reptiles, and more!

About You:

·         You are a Customer Service Representative dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.

·         You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.

·         You understand that clear, effective communication with clients and team members is a priority.

·         You enjoy interacting and building relationships with clients and genuinely want to make a difference for patients and their families.

·         You are eager to continue enhancing your skill set and enjoy learning & collaborating with a team.

·         You must have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities of a customer service representative including (but not limited to):

o   Greeting clients and responding to questions

o   Handling a multi-line phone system

o   Maintaining cleanliness

o   Handling payments

o   Familiarity with Avimark is a plus

Anticipated Schedule:

·         Full time – Alternating

o   Week 1: Four 11-hour shifts (1.5-hour lunch)

o   Week 2: Three 11-hour shifts, one 10-hour shift (1- 1.5 hour lunches)

o   Closed on Sundays

Compensation:

·         Starting at $15.00; depending on experience
