Surgery Technician – Ehrlich Animal Hospital & Arthritis Center, Tampa, FL

We’re looking for an experienced Surgical Technician or Certified Veterinary Technician with a passion for animal health and the technical skills to support a high-quality surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Surgery Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our surgical and patient care processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Venipuncture and placing IV catheters

· Client education and communication

· Conducting lab diagnostics and administering medications

· Assisting in surgeries and monitoring anesthesia

· Performing dental cleanings and taking dental radiographs

· Providing care for hospitalized patients

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in the veterinary field required

· Experience in surgery and anesthesia is required

· Strong focus on patient and client care, teamwork, and communication
