We are looking for a Client Service Representative who puts patient care first!  This clinic needs someone who has attention to detail, is efficient, and isn’t a scaredy-cat to deliver exceptional client service.

This position requires a great amount of flexibility. The Client Service Representative serves clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.  You are responsible for maintaining patient records and medical information, maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. In addition, the Client Service Representative is responsible for maintaining the continuity of the team by documenting all client communications and patient activities.

Requirements and Responsibilities for this position:

-Must have a genuine love of animals
-A positive attitude and work well in a team environment
-Ability to take constructive criticism
-Welcome clients through genuine connection
-Ensure the security and safety of all pets
-Lift objects or pets at least 50lbs
-Have the ability to recognize certain behaviors in animals (Fear Free)
-Learn and understand basic medical terminology and minor procedures
-Work with computers, veterinary equipment, basic office equipment, and cleaning equipment
-Must have excellent telephone and verbal communication and listening skills

-Maintain compassion, sympathy, and professionalism during high-stress situations
