Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Manager, Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for partnering with various clients to ensure that all needs regarding financial data (reporting, analysis, planning), are successfully completed at the highest level possible and help the business be successful using various data analysis techniques.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and provide insight to business leaders
  • Update and maintain forecast and budget as required
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/budgeting tools
  • Collects and interprets data (both internal and external industry/competitor)
  • Identifies patterns and trends in data sets
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards
  • Creates detailed business analysis and reports as requested
  • Outlines problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Learns and understands the business and how the data relates to it
  • Collaborates with leaders and teams to improve patient experience & business results

Required Qualifications:

  • History of utilizing financial measures/metrics showing ability to manipulating data through software and applications
  • Expertise in MS Excel (Index-Match, Sum-If, Indirect, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), proven experience manipulating large sets of data efficiently
  • SQL, Macros, VBA or Python (At least one, prefer a combination)
  • Familiar with Smart View and/or Adaptive Workday or a similar planning tool
  • Shows strong history of analyzing data to propose changes which drives positive financial results
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities

Education, License and Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) 
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role




The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $120,000.  Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
