Job Title: Lead Deployment Specialist

Position Overview:

The Lead Deployment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the coordination and effectiveness of cross-departmental efforts, particularly in managing onboarding progress for new projects. The ideal candidate will excel at holding both hospital teams and internal stakeholders accountable for deliverables, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across all areas.

Key Competencies:

1.       Project Management & Execution

·         Leads deployment specialists and launches with precision, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

·         Proactively identifies potential risks and implements mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions.

·         Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple deployments and resources effectively.

2.       Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

·         Engage with hospital teams, field leadership, and cross-functional partners to align deployment goals and expectations.

·         Communicates project progress, key milestones, and issues clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.

·         Build strong relationships, foster trust and collaboration to ensure successful system adoption.

3.       Technical Proficiency & Problem Solving

·         Expert in system configurations, setup, and troubleshooting to address deployment challenges.

·         Leverages data analysis to validate successful implementations and optimize system performance.

·         Continuously seeks to enhance technical skills to stay updated with system updates and new features.

4.       Leadership & Team Development

·         People management and responsibilities.

·         Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to Deployment Specialists, encouraging continuous growth.

·         Sets clear expectations, provides constructive feedback, and recognizes team achievements.

·         Leads by example, promoting a positive, solutions-oriented culture that drives project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience in veterinary or healthcare systems implementation or hospital operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, Smartsheets, PowerBI)

Location:

Remote with 75% travel.

Compensation:

The total compensation range for the position is between $125,000-$140,000 with benefits.

*Role is a temporary assignment for ~3 years.
