$130,000–$150,000 base + 21% production (no negative accrual)
4-day workweek • No call or holidays • Dedicated CE week + up to $5,000 CE

Our Doctors & Mentorship Culture

You’ll be joining a tight, collaborative team led by:

  • Dr. Nikki Butler, with 12+ years at East Valley and the architect of our structured 12-month mentorship program

  • Dr. Mai Le Mueller, who joined post-grad after her externship here and thrives with strong surgical and dental exposure

Mentorship is available but never mandatory. Experienced doctors enjoy autonomy and a high-functioning support team; newer grads receive a clear, hands-on development path.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Compensation:

  • $130,000–$150,000 base salary (DOE)

  • 21% production, paid monthly, no negative accrual

Schedule & PTO:

  • 4-day workweek (clinic hours: Monday - Friday: 9 am – 6 pm, Saturday  9 am – 2 pm, closed on Sunday)

  • Choose your PTO model:

    • Unlimited PTO with negative accrual that resets annually OR

    • 3 weeks PTO with no negative accrual

  • 1 full workweek of CE time every year

  • Up to $5,000 annual CE allowance
