Join us at North Dallas Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospital where passion for medicine meets purpose in serving our community. If you’re an experienced Emergency Veterinarian driven to make a difference, we want you on our team in Frisco, Texas!



NDVESH supports robust surgical, critical care, and nephrology teams with a state-of-the-art 24/7 emergency department. Our ER is staffed with board-certified veterinarians and licensed technicians ready for anything from transfusions, extracorporeal therapies, to life-saving surgeries!



The full-time schedule for our Emergency Veterinarians is only three shifts that are thirteen hours each. That leaves four days each week for you to achieve a true work/life balance. We are looking for teammates who can provide care around the clock, so our ideal candidate can rotate through overnight shifts! Dayshifts are from 6am-7pm, nightshifts are from 6pm-7am, and we rotate nights and weekends. Interested in swings? Let’s talk!



NDVESH is a newly constructed 13,000+ square foot advanced specialty and emergency veterinary hospital with six exam rooms, 100+ kennels, an open treatment space with five treatment tables for your patients, two surgical suites, a dedicated endoscopy room, meal prepping hallway, fully stocked digital pharmacy, dialysis room, two ICU units for our canine and feline patients, separate isolation wards for gastrointestinal disorders and respiratory disorders, five total wards, a classroom for CE and wet labs, along with the following state-of-the-art medical equipment:


• Brand new, 32-slice computed tomography (CT)

• Endoscopy and Arthroscopy

• VetRec

• Snyder oxygen cages

• EzVET and Smartflow integration

• 24/7 radiology support

• 24/7 cytology and pathology support

• Idexx lab suite

• High flow oxygen
