What We’re Offering:

    • Starting salary of $120,000 for new graduates DOE

    • $140,000 - $200,000 base salary DOE plus monthly production bonuses

  • Unlimited Earning Potential: Starting at 21% production DOE paid monthly, with an average gross production per doctor of $1M annually

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, listening to and empathizing with their concerns

  • Perform physical exams and medical/surgical procedures with exceptional care

  • Communicate effectively with clients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive health care

  • Maintain accurate medical/surgical records and logs

  • Stay current with veterinary practices and medical advancements

  • Develop the paraprofessional team to ensure exceptional client service

  • Represent the hospital positively in the professional community


Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • DVM or related degree from an accredited university

  • Licensure in good standing

  • Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine and ethics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Confident decision-making and professional demeanor

  • Commitment to ongoing educational development
